Design Process & Implementation
The project commenced with a kickoff call to gain a clear understanding of CringeMag’s brand objectives and desired website functionality. This was followed by a comprehensive website audit and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and potential features to implement. Based on the research insights, I developed low-fidelity wireframes to gather initial feedback on the user experience.
Once the wireframes were refined in collaboration with CringeMag, I progressed to high-fidelity designs, incorporating imagery, a cohesive colour palette, and a completely restructured layout. Following approval of the final designs, I built the website using Wix, CringeMag’s chosen platform, and implemented all enhancements accordingly.

Prior to the redesign, CringeMag's website encountered several usability issues that negatively affected the user experience. The site was not optimised for mobile devices, lacked a cohesive colour scheme, and presented navigation challenges. These shortcomings made it difficult for visitors to engage with the brand, access essential information, and reach the online shop with ease.
